What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, save an item, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.

When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, company, e-mail address, mailing address, billing address, contact address, phone number, order details, credit card information or other billing information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

How do we protect visitor information?

Do we use "cookies"?

Yes. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. Do we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?

We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

California Residents: Your California Consumer Privacy Act Rights

Under California law, consumers that are California residents have the following rights:

A consumer or their authorized agent shall have the right, at any time, to direct a business that sells personal information about the consumer to third parties not to sell the consumers personal information. This right may be referred to as the right to opt out.

A business that sells consumerspersonal information to third parties shall provide notice to consumers, pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 1798.135, that this information may be sold and that consumers have the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information.

In the case of a minor, a business shall not to sell the consumers personal information unless the consumer subsequently provides express authorization for the sale of the consumers personal information. A business shall not sell the personal information of consumers if the business has actual knowledge that the consumer is less than 16 years of age, unless the consumer, in the case of consumers between 13 and 16 years of age, or the consumers parent or guardian, in the case of consumers who are less than 13 years of age, has affirmatively authorized the sale of the consumers personal information. A business that willfully disregards the consumers age shall be deemed to have had actual knowledge of the consumers age. This right may be referred to as the right to opt in.

A business shall not discriminate against a consumer because the consumer exercised any of the consumers rights under this title, including, but not limited to, by:

Denying goods or services to the consumer.

Charging different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties.

Providing a different level or quality of goods or services to the consumer, if the consumer exercises the consumers rights under this title.

Suggesting that the consumer will receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

You may authorize an agent to make these requests on your behalf. We will require proof of identity from both the agent and data subject as well as written permission to make the specified actions.

The remaining obligations imposed under this title shall not apply to personal information reflecting a written or verbal communication or a transaction between the business and the consumer, where the consumer is a natural person who is acting as an employee, owner, director, officer, or contractor of a company, partnership, sole proprietorship, nonprofit, or government agency and whose communications or transaction with the business occur solely within the context of the business conducting due diligence regarding, or providing or receiving a product or service to or from such company, partnership, sole proprietorship, nonprofit, or government agency.

A consumer or their authorized agent shall have the right to request the following information from a business for the preceding 12 months. :

The specific pieces of personal information a business has collected about that consumer.

The categories of personal information of the consumer that the business collected.

The categories of sources from which the personal information is collected.

The business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information.

The categories of third parties with whom the business shares personal information.

A consumer or their authorized agent shall have the right to request that a business delete any personal information about the consumer which the business has collected in the preceding 12 months from the consumer unless necessary for the business or service provider to maintain the consumers personal information in order to:

Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, provide a good or service requested by the consumer, or reasonably anticipated within the context of a businesss ongoing business relationship with the consumer, or otherwise perform a contract between the business and the consumer.

Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity.

Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.

Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise his or her right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law.

Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act pursuant to Chapter 3.6 (commencing with Section 1546) of Title 12 of Part 2 of the Penal Code.

Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the businessesdeletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, if the consumer has provided informed consent.

To enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with the expectations of the consumer based on the consumers relationship with the business.

Comply with a legal obligation.

Otherwise use the consumers personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which the consumer provided the information.

California Do Not Track

California Business & Professions Code Section 22575(b) (as amended effective January 1, 2014) provides that California residents are entitled to know how we respond to Do Not Trackbrowser settings. However, we do not currently take actions to respond to Do Not Track signals because a uniform technological standard has not yet been developed.

 

 How can you opt-out, remove or modify, or request a copy of the personal information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To modify your online account information, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and edit your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information.
